So how did you like Kate's flash-sideways? Some pretty cool stuff and again, it seems that certain things were always supposed to happen. Ethan was always supposed to look at Claire and Veronica was supposed to always be somewhere near Aaron (she was Kate's nanny during the trial for Aaron in the flash-forwards, she's a nurse at Ethan's hospital).

Sawyer and his love triangle of women manage to get out of the submarine and end up running into Rose, Bernard, and Vincent on the beach. Welcome to the 1st newsletter of the final season of "LOST". I'm your host, GY, and until the show debuts on Tuesday February 2, 2010..I will be reminding you of what happened when we last left the show in May!!

Wasn't "Follow The Leader" one of the best set up episodes??
To remind you of what happened we'll start in 1977. Daniel is dead and Eloise realizes that he WAS telling the truth about being her son, especially after seeing her handwriting in his notebook. After Jack and Kate get captured by Charles, Eloise and Jack strike a deal...to work together to detonate Jughead, essentially completing Daniel's work. Kate couldn't stand the thought of blowing up a bomb so she returned to DHARMAviile, while Sayid replaced her on the crew to Jughead. Pierre began the evacuation procedures after believing the

FRINGE will conclude its first season tonight on FOX. And there are two major things to look for:
1) The introduction of William Bell, played by the awesome Leonard Nimoy.
2) Look at the headstone of the grave....HUGE TWIST!!!!

"I have this condition" - Daniel Faraday to Charles Widmore.
This condition would be memory loss for the genius. And the only solution is mommie dearest sending him to the island knowing that she will kill him. Such a sad tale as Eloise pushes her son to focus on math and science to hopefully one day correct her past indiscretions, but since whatever happened, happened Daniel still gets shot and killed. You know who I felt bad for in "Some Like It Hoth"? Not Miles finding out Pierre was his dad and him having abandonment issues, not Roger who grew suspicious of Kate, but Phil who got knocked out by Sawyer after he revealed that he knew that he helped Kate kidnap Ben.
Awesome things from the episode were:
- Hurley writing "Empire Strikes Back" (with a few changes)
- Hurley and Miles seeing the number get stamped into the metal at the Swan Station
- Alvarez being killed by his filling shooting through his skull
